The Threshold to Your New Home is Within Sight
A home you love is a vital component of an inspired life. Not only will it bless your family with a roof over your heads, but it will also serve as the backdrop to countless milestones and memories. While many of our clients come to us during the pre-approval stage, some find their way to us a little later in the game. If you have already found a home you hope to make your own and are ready to secure a loan, we will walk alongside you from contract to closing.
How It Works
1
Loan Option Exploration
Once your new home is under contract, we will compare several loan options side-by-side to help you decide which option is best for you.
2
Lock in Mortgage Rate
We then typically lock in your rate and start the loan approval process, order the appraisal, order a title commitment from the closing attorney and move your file over to your processor.
3
Conditional Approval
At this point, the underwriter will issue conditional approval, and the loan processor will contact you with a list of any additional documentation needed or to discuss possible conditions of your loan.
4
Clearing Conditions
Once satisfied, the processor will re-submit your file to underwriting to clear those conditions.
5
Official Loan Approval
The underwriter issues final approval or clear-to-close, and the closing department will begin working on your closing documents.
6
Welcome to the Closing Table
Closing marks that happy day when you take possession of your new home.
