Todd Sheppard
Owner/ Loan Officer | NMLS #97590
Todd Sheppard was drawn to the mortgage industry for its fast-paced environment and the opportunity to help people. As company founder, he is tasked with finding the best wholesale lenders and technology companies with which to partner. As a hands-on loan officer, he is the first point of contact for many Inspired Mortgage Broker customers. Our clients are often surprised to learn that our company owner has a hand in completing their pre-approvals, quoting their rates, and discussing their program options. He also enjoys building lasting and mutually beneficial connections with our referral partners.
Often described as energetic, compassionate, approachable, and creative, over the course of his career, Todd has worked with everyone from first-time homebuyers and recent retirees to business executives and high net-worth clients. With an innate understanding of each segment and their diverse needs, he has closed on everything from starter homes to luxury beachfront properties. Todd gains his greatest rewards from helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership or their vision of a comfortable retirement. He finds joy in saying “YES” when other mortgage lenders have said no, and he takes pride in putting people at ease and instilling them with confidence. He also enjoys helping his referral partners grow their businesses.
For Todd, his vision of an “inspired life” is one where he has the freedom and ability to do whatever it takes to help his customers and referral partners succeed. His love of his work is apparent in every contact and positive impact he makes.
Danielle Sheppard
Loan Officer Assistant
An integral part of the Inspired team, this native Atlantan boasts over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Danielle is often that friendly face you’ll see when you walk into the office or that warm voice over the phone – ready, willing, and more than capable of answering any questions you may have related to the mortgage lending process. She believes that one of the many ways Inspired Mortgage Brokers sets itself apart from other mortgage professionals is our dedication to exceptional service through clear and consistent communication paired with innovative online tools for a seamless mortgage lending experience. When she’s not pulling together pre-qualification paperwork for clients or helping Todd dot all the I’s and cross all the T’s, you’ll find Danielle out on the tennis court, in the audience at an area concert, or curled up on the couch with her beloved fur baby, Leia, binge-watching rom coms and action flicks.

Pathways2Life (P2L) is a prevention agency focusing on youth and young adult mental wellness through education, brief intervention, and support services in and around the North Fulton community. Currently, P2L partners with 4 public middle and high schools as well as 10 private schools providing a range of services based on the needs. Prevention and early intervention strategies are the key to supporting youth mental health and reducing substance misuse, suicidal ideation and other risky and/or harmful behavior patterns that can be taken into adulthood.
Orphan Annie Rescue is a 501(c)(3) dog rescue located in Atlanta, GA. We are a no-kill rescue group that saves dogs from all over Georgia; many of them come to us on their “last day” at high intake shelters. Our organization is run by volunteers, and all of our dogs are located in loving foster homes within the metro Atlanta area. We have a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities within our program, and we look forward to working with you to find the right match.
